What You'll do.

You'll join our  Data Insight and Automation within Novuna Business Finance 

Reporting to our Senior Decision Modelling & Analytics Manager, you'll be part of a highly engaged and forward-thinking team that's always looking for ways to improve. 

In this Entry Level role, you'll assist on introducing smarter, more automated modelling solutions—while ensuring they remain aligned with manual processes where needed. Your work will help deliver fair outcomes for customers and minimise financial losses, making a real impact across the business. 

This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from our Staines office a minimum of 2 days a week with the likelihood of this being 3 days per week during training - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  Applicants must be located within a commutable distance of our Staines office and be available to work full days on-site. 

You'll also:

  • Support improvements in decision-making processes by using data and insights
  • Spot opportunities to make processes more efficient
  • Help refine automated modelling strategies to boost efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and governance

What you'll bring.

You'll possess a strong capability to communicate effectively across various levels and enjoy working in collaboration with multiple teams. You'll have an excellent eye for detail and be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and approach challenges with a logical mindset. 

  • Experience working with data (through work, study, or projects)
  • A basic understanding of SQL and Python
  • A curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve reporting and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
