We provide private medical insurance as standard, although you can opt-out if you wish.
Private Medical Insurance enables you to get prompt access to specialist medical care and have the power to choose where and when you have treatment.
Digital GP service
Get access to 24/7 health information and GP appointments by video call or phone.
You can speak with doctors within minutes, check symptoms, arrange pick up/drop off of prescriptions and get fast and safe information wherever you are.
Employee assistance
Our Employee Assistance Programme offers you 24/7 support with any personal and work-related issues you face.

Wellbeing champions

Health assessments
For permanent colleagues, health assessments may help you to maintain your health by identifying risk factors and helping you to make any necessary changes to your lifestyle.
Tailor the level and type of assessment to suit your personal circumstances. You can select health assessments for your partner too and the cost will be deducted from your monthly salary.
Financial
Group pension
Employees are entitled to join the generous Group Personal Pension Plan (also known as the Defined Contribution (DC) scheme), and eligibility to join is subject to Pension Auto Enrolment criteria
We offer a ‘personal’ pension scheme, giving you the flexibility to manage your pension plan as you wish. You can receive up to 10% employer contribution.
Life assurance
Life Assurance will provide your beneficiaries with financial support in the unfortunate case of your death.
You are automatically covered and this benefit is fully company paid at 3x your basic salary raising to 4x your basic salary after 5 years.

Income protection
Income protection offers company paid cover which provides a continuing income if you are absent from work for a period of 6 months or more due to an accident or illness
You are automatically covered after completing 6 months service
Lifestyle
Holiday buy/sell
Tailor the number of days you take as holiday to suit your own requirements each year with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days
If you buy extra days, the cost will be deducted from your monthly gross pay via Salary Sacrifice over 12 months. If you sell days, you will receive the equivalent value as additional salary, (subject to income tax and NI) over 12 months.
Cycle to work
Cycle to Work allows you to exchange a tax-free proportion of your salary into an electronic certificate to purchase a bike, safety equipment and accessories
Available to all permanent employees after 6 months' service, choose the amount you need, between £100-£2,000 and spread the cost over a period of 12 months
