At Novuna Consumer Finance, we offer finance for lots of life's key purchases, including home furnishings and improvements, special jewellery, leisure services, healthcare, as well as electronics and appliances.
What you'll do.
As part of our Underwriting Team, you'll make informed decisions on credit applications that need a closer look. You'll assess affordability to ensure we lend responsibly, support our customers, and maintain the highest levels of integrity.
You'll follow our processes and controls carefully, ensure fair outcomes every time, and handle referrals confidently and efficiently — ideally solving queries at the first point of contact.
This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our Leeds office.
Shifts fall between 8:00–18:00 (daytime) and 11:00–20:00 (late), with some weekend work too - 3 weekend days per month & 1 late shift per week
You'll also:

Review and resolve referred cases with accuracy and care

Provide clear guidance and support to colleagues to help minimise risk

Ensure every customer receives a fair and positive outcome

Work closely with the Financial Crime and Retail Helpline Teams
