From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
What you'll do.
You'll play a key role in keeping our core systems accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. From managing customer and supplier data to maintaining vehicle records and product and service information, your work will help ensure seamless processes and reliable transactions across the entire lifecycle. You'll also get involved in exciting project work, supporting the onboarding of new customers by working closely with the customer transition team and account managers, you'll help deliver a smooth and efficient experience from day one.
This role is based in Newbury with 50% office attendance required.
You'll also:
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal customers such as Customer Transition team, Business Development Managers and Account Managers
- Ensure that standard processes are implemented and any deviation from these are agreed and signed off by the department manager
- Take ownership of a project to deliver great customer outcomes
- Deliver against key agreed and communicated SLA's and KPI's
