What does the role involve?
You'll work closely with our Business Development, Sales and wider business teams to deliver vendor programmes that support the growth goals of Mitsubishi HC Capital. Together, we'll create solutions that balance volume, margin and risk, while maintaining strong programme management and good governance.
In this role, you'll build strong relationships with vendors and customers, confidently presenting and negotiating at a senior level. You'll also collaborate with legal, tax and internal specialist teams to shape financial solutions that meet the needs of our partners.
Working alongside the Business Development Team and our Managing Director, you'll help shape long-term strategies that drive sustainable growth. You'll partner with leaders across the business to support our European expansion and contribute to the continued success of Mitsubishi HC Capital.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Developing existing group relationships in the UK and Europe, delivering financial solutions to vendors and their customers
- Identifying new market sectors and support product, pricing, and programme design
- Building strong relationships with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders up to C‑Suite level
- Supporting projects such as acquisitions, portfolio sales and preparation of cash‑flow analysis
What are we looking for?
Also, we're looking for the following:

Deep understanding of vendor finance programmes across a range of asset classes and products, including receivables purchase, invoice discounting and structured asset finance

Knowledge of key areas such as credit risk, documentation, tax, regulation, CRM systems and/or asset finance operations

Awareness of major industry sectors, such as construction, transport, industrial, IT and medical equipment finance.

Strong stakeholder management skills
