From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
What you'll do.
You'll join our Supplier Relationship Management team as a SRM Network Management Executive, reporting to the Supplier Manager.
In this role, you will play a key part in managing supplier relationships, ensuring smooth administration, clear communication, and accurate reporting. Your responsibilities will include coordinating supplier rate reviews, supporting Preferred Supplier List (PSL) audits, handling supplier enquiries, and sharing updates across our network of garage partners. You will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries efficiently and ensure processes run seamlessly.
This is a hybrid role based in our Trowbridge office, with a requirement to spend at least three days per week on-site.
You'll also:
- Own and manage the supplier inbox, triaging supplier queries and issues, allocating them to the appropriate individuals
- Communicate with suppliers to share updates, request information, and advise on any changes to requirements or processes
- Coordinate and manage audits of the Preferred Supplier List (PSL), producing accurate reports and insights
- Manage supplier rate reviews, including recording details, outcomes, and reporting on rates received and processed
What you'll bring.
You're organised and adaptable, with strong time management skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities while keeping everything on track. You're a proactive self-starter, able to take initiative and share your perspective thoughtfully. Someone who builds strong relationships whilst keeping everyone focused and collaborating on a common goal.
In addition, you're someone who is comfortable questioning existing processes and identify smarter ways of working — leveraging tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI to drive innovation, efficiency, and improved reporting.
You'll be a great fit if you are:
- IT literate with advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI skills
- An efficient communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Highly organised and process-driven, consistently meeting reporting deadlines
- Resilient and professional, able to challenge constructively while maintaining strong relationships
