What does the role involve?
As National Sales Manager, you'll report directly to the Head of Sales – Europe and take a strategic role in shaping our market presence in Ireland. This isn't just about hitting targets — it's about driving sustainable growth, influencing key decisions, and building partnerships that last.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Leading business development initiatives across sectors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Building and strengthening strategic vendor and customer relationships
- Developing market intelligence to inform growth strategies
- Driving credit due diligence and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
What are we looking for?
We're seeking a senior sales professional with proven success in driving growth and influencing at the highest level. You'll be commercially astute, confident in complex negotiations, and skilled at building strategic partnerships.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Extensive knowledge in asset finance or commercial lending
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting and risk management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results in a competitive market
