At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

As our Portfolio Finance Manager, you'll report to the Commercial Finance Manager and become a trusted voice in shaping profitability across our fleet. Your ideas will help us unlock opportunities, streamline costs, and strengthen performance — and you'll be empowered to make a real impact every single day.

You'll work closely with our specialist, corporate, and SME channels, and you'll lead a brilliant team of three, providing the coaching, support, and inspiration they need to flourish.

You'll also:

  • Create and deliver initiatives that enhance portfolio profitability
  • Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Commercial Finance
  • Guide your team in designing and maintaining robust, compliant frameworks that reduce risk
  • Guide and oversee the financial models used by the team, ensuring they're up to date and consistently applied across all pricing decisions

What you'll bring.

You're a qualified finance professional (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a solid grounding in commercial finance — but more importantly, you bring curiosity, confidence, and heart to what you do. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with others, and take pride in delivering work that makes a real difference.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and a knack for uncovering new opportunities
  • Excellent Excel skills
