At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Within our Vehicle Ordering Team you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that quotes for new vehicles are valid, up to date and have the necessary approval required to order. You'll handle requests from company car and LCV drivers, working across a wide range of manufacturers, models, and customers —so no two days are the same! While the role includes some phone contact, most of your communication will be via email, allowing for a structured yet dynamic workload.

Attendance of the Newbury office will be required for the first 3 - 4 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach of 50% office attendance. 

You'll also:

  • Manage a portfolio of live orders, keeping track of progress and following up on any outstanding actions
  • Process new vehicle orders for company car and light commercial vehicle (LCV) users, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and gather the necessary information to move orders forward
