From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

The Fleet Compliance Department coordinates vehicle compliance events with garages across the UK. From routine servicing of company cars for corporate clients to safety inspections of heavy goods vehicles, the team ensures every vehicle is safe and roadworthy.

As part of the Documents Team, you'll be responsible for collecting and managing the documentation that confirms all work has been completed and vehicles meet required standards.

Our office is based in Trowbridge but we're passionate about hybrid working, attendance of the office is required 3 days per week.

You'll also:

  • Contact garages to obtain documentation confirming completed vehicle compliance work
  • Communicate with garages and internal teams via email to ensure smooth coordination
  • Maintain and update internal systems to accurately record interactions and documentation
  • Assist with managing and responding to queries received in the team mailbox
