Are you a commercially driven procurement professional who thrives on building strong supplier relationships and keeping operations running seamlessly? Do you enjoy bringing structure to processes and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency? If your answer is 'yes' then keep reading.

Who we are.

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification.  From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

Reporting into our Procurement Manager you'll work as part of a professional procurement function to ensure that services purchased by Novuna Vehicle Solutions are managed effectively throughout the procurement lifecycle. You'll support and strengthen the team by contributing to planned procurement activities, across a defined portfolio of sourcing categories, driving maximum value while effectively managing supplier contracts and relationships on an ongoing basis.

This role requires you to work on-site at our Trowbridge office three days per week.

You'll also:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation packs, developing recommendations and preparing business cases for contract renewals or tendering
  • Act as the internal escalation point for procurement related matters and manage the associated mailbox, ensuring timely responses and effective issue resolution
  • Conduct market research (e.g. via Company Watch), assessing risk of failure, reviewing usage and recency, and evaluating how critical each supplier is to the business
  • Produce weekly reports, flagging upcoming contract expiration dates and supporting actions such as business cases, extensions, and price negotiations

What you'll bring.

You'll bring an understanding of contracts and supplier relationships, with knowledge of procurement and exposure to supply chain activities. With a demonstrated ability to think and act both operationally and strategically, you'll make sound commercial decisions, collaborating and influencing effectively to meet business needs. Working towards CIPS is a plus—we're happy to support your development and fund your CIPS qualification too!

You'll be a great fit if you are:

  • Highly proficient in IT, particularly Excel, with Power BI knowledge being advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident using your own initiative
  • Positive, collaborative, and a strong team player

What's in it for you?

Our benefits package is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customise it to meet your unique needs. Whether you're focused on your health, financial security, or simply want to enhance your lifestyle, we offer a variety of options to support you.

Our offer to you includes:

  • An excellent bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell 5 days
  • Full wellbeing package including BUPA, digital GP service, 24/7 employee assistance, plus wellbeing events throughout the year
