We're a rapidly growing division of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC that provides vendor finance solutions to support Mitsubishi group businesses, their distribution channels, and their key accounts across Europe. We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. What does the role involve?

Working as part of our dynamic operations team you'll play a key role by ensuring that we have all the necessary documentation in place to provide our customers with the financing agreement they have requested. The agreements span across all our European territories and range from the straightforward to the complex so no two days will be the same! You'll liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain all the details required and ensure that the agreements are uploaded correctly to our system and paid out to the customer on time.

As an Operations Executive some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is present and correct to avoid any delays in pay-out and ensure we provide a market leading customer experience
  • Ensuring that all documentation and relevant data is then accurately processed onto the systems
  • Providing a full administrative support to customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Working with your colleagues to refine our processes


What are we looking for?

You'll ideally have previous experience within an admin based role or perhaps you've recently graduated from university and are looking to put into practice your business related studies. You'll have a growth mindset and are someone who is naturally curious and keen to learn.

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • The ability to work with and collaborate with colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to complete tasks following defined process
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office particularly excel
  • Knowledge of European languages can be beneficial, but it is not essential
