What does the role involve?

As Vendor Account Executive you'll report into the National Sales Manager - Ireland and develop vendor relationships and new business in your region. You'll support the development of Mitsubishi HC Capital Europe & UK global common strategy, including the business in the construction, print, energy efficiency and LED markets.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Manage assigned vendor relationships and develop incremental business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to maximise new sales opportunities
  • Build and submit credit applications for larger value proposals and present in the credit committee
  • Work closely and build strong relationships with the credit & risk team
  • Enhance any credit proposal that is deemed worthy of appeal and to represent that proposal in a professional manner
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager - Ireland to identify sectors, products, suppliers, and manufacturer' within the region to grow Mitsubishi HC Capital UK

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a tenacious sales professional who is full of energy and enthusiasm to grow our portfolio. Your ability to put the customer first will enable you to build solid relationships. Drive and ambition are key traits for this role.  

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • Asset finance experience is essential
  • Flexibility to travel to support our customers
