Are you a driven sales professional with experience in the Asset Finance industry? Do you have demonstrable experience of achieving your sales targets? Want the opportunity to earn excellent quarterly commission?

*Please note this role is homebased with expected travel across the UK and to our head office in Staines-upon-Thames (Surrey) when required*

We are a rapidly growing division of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC that provides vendor finance solutions to support Mitsubishi group businesses, their distribution channels, and their key accounts across Europe. We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. We are currently present in 5 European countries with expansion into additional markets underway.

What does the role involve?

With a focus on our UK market you'll be joining us a Sales Manager to develop new and existing vendor programs that offer tailor made solutions to both vendors and their end customers. You'll work closely with your colleagues in Credit and Sales Support to deliver for our vendors whilst supporting proactive pipelining opportunities in conjunction with our Business Development team.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Liaising with banking partners, vendors and Group companies to ensure the continuous development and improvement of existing programs
  • Identifying new market sectors that we can enter into, developing the products to meet the needs of these customers that includes pricing and structure
  • Partnering with Senior Operational Managers and Finance on the budgetary responsibilities to ensure alignment in budgeting, forecasting and actual reporting

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of the Asset Finance industry. You'll be able to evidence your success as a sales professional and have a tenacious approach that see's you constantly drive towards closing new sales opportunities.

Also, we're looking for the following: 

  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • The ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • The flexibility to travel, visiting vendors and their customers across the UK
