***Please note that we adopt a hybrid approach to our ways of working which for this role will see you work from our head office in Staines-upon-Thames (Surrey) 3 days week. Travel to vendors will also be required and is likely to be on a monthly basis.***

Mitsubishi HC Capital Europe is the rapidly growing European division of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC that provides vendor finance solutions to support Mitsubishi group businesses, their distribution channels, and their key accounts across Europe. We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. We are currently present in 5 European countries with expansion into additional markets underway.

We offer vendors and customers a diverse mix of standard and structured asset finance options and tailored solutions to secure opportunities that meet our strategic goals. What does the role involve?
As a member of our wider sales team you'll lead the relationship with predominantly one of our key vendor accounts, providing account management which delivers an excellent customer experience, drives growth and aids retention.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Pro-actively managing customer vendor and dealer relationships to maximise the funding of their asset finance needs
- Developing detailed individual customer plans that help both Mitsubishi HC Capital and the vendor achieve their key objectives
- Collaboration with internal colleagues and supporting sales activity, ensuring that the customer journey is managed closely enabling efficient turnaround of new opportunities
- Leading customer review meetings (monthly, quarterly and annual) that includes contract performance measures based on agreed customer SLA'S and KPI'S
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you'll be an individual who thrives in a sales environment and have proven experience of managing existing B2B accounts and relationships. Ideally you'll join us with existing experience of the asset finance industry however we are open to candidates who have operated within the wider financial services industry.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- The ability to deliver on operational tasks but with the commercial acumen to think strategically
- An excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at senior levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A desire to continually develop and grow a career with Mitsubishi HC Capital
