What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Change, you'll take the lead in shaping and supporting our Sales Support and Customer Service teams across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Finland — ensuring we continue to deliver a market-leading experience to our vendors and customers across Europe.
Some key duties will include:
- Lead the European Sales Support Team to deliver top tier sales support in-life services, empowering Sales Teams and ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Drive strategic operational improvements in service delivery to deliver sales growth and strategic objectives.
- Simplify complex processes through smart design and tech.
- Coach and develop teams into true process and product experts.
- Lead and provide assurance to the Senior Leadership Team that customer services and Sales Support are operating in a safe and compliant manner.

Please note we adopt a hybrid approach to our ways of working which for this role will see you based in our office in Staines-upon-Thames a minimum of 3 days per week.
