What does the role involve?
As a Relationship Executive you'll be responsible for helping to build our indirect channel for existing and prospect vendor financing programs, playing a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with third party funding partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach. You'll be the liaison between Mitsubishi HC Capital Europe and our funding partners (predominately in Italy and Turkey) to ensure that our products and services are effectively promoted and sold through their channels.
As a Relationship Executive for our Indirect Channel, some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships, helping to drive sales and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve our business objectives and the best outcomes for our customers
- Driving the adoption and promotion of our products and services with our funding partners, working closely with sales, marketing and compliance teams
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of our funding partners against agreed KPI's and targets
- Analysing data to and provide insights to optimise indirect channel growth, market reach and revenue generation
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you'll join us with experience of working within a corporate environment, preferably financial services (asset finance even better!). You'll be confident, engaging and a natural when it comes to building and maintaining strong working relationships.
We are also looking for the following:
- European languages - English and Italian (others in addition would be beneficial)
- The ability to communicate across a variety of levels both internally and externally
- Good commercial acumen
- The ability to work from our office in Staines 3 times per week
