What does the role involve?
As part of our Customer Experience Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service throughout their journey with us. Reporting to the Customer & Business Support Manager, you will:
- Manage all in-life customer service activities — including early terminations, refunds, reschedules, and unwind processes
- Handle customer and supplier queries with professionalism via phone and written correspondence
- Provide in-life support for all Mitsubishi HC Capital products, including invoicing and maintenance payments
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and identifying opportunities for process improvement
What are we looking for?
- A recent graduate with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
- Knowledge of French, Italian or another European language is highly desirable
